Attract More Followers with Instagram Nametags

Attract More Followers with Instagram Nametags

Need more followers on Instagram? Want people to be able to find you easily and quickly? Try Instagram Nametags!

What are they?

Instagram Nametags are scannable codes that helps people get to our profile quickly, much like the snapcodes for Snapchat. Instead of having to tell people your Instagram Username, which sometimes poses a challenge when it comes to names containing multiple words, symbols, or spelt uniquely, Nametags allow for a ‘shortcut’ to bypass the need of type and search, thus leading people to follow you much more easily.

Moreover, it is a visual tool and can be customised to suit your business!

To customise your Instagram Nametag, go to your profile and tap on settings:

From there, simply tap on your Nametag to customise it. You can choose a Colour Background, Emoji Background, or Selfie Background. Check out our examples:

Remember to choose something that suits your business, for example, if you are a fashion retailer, select either a Colour that matches your branding, or an Emoji of a clothing item.

Once you have customised your Nametag, you can Share it around on your other social media accounts such as Facebook, much like sharing an image, and invite people to Follow you on Instagram. Tell people that they can just Scan the Nametag to easily Follow your profile.

Because it is an image, you can also use it everywhere – much like a logo. Put it on your website, display it in your shopfront, print it on your flyers, posters, banners and other marketing materials. Going to an expo? Display your Nametag on your stand, and have it on your business cards to hand out. Use it on your videos, articles, tutorials, ebooks, and many more! The opportunities are endless and best of all it eliminates the issue of long, tricky usernames that are prone to being misspelt.

To boost the growth of your Instagram further, try running a promotion and ask people to Follow you on Instagram or Share your Nametag with a prize giveaway, making it easy for people to jump in and take part!

So, what does your Instagram Nametag look like? Go ahead and it a try today!

Outdated Websites

If your website hasn’t been updated in a while, it is not just slow, it is unsafe. WordPress itself is solid, yet outdated plugins and themes create gaps and vulnerabilities that attackers routinely exploit.
