Your Google budget can be whatever you choose it to be and is set up within your Google account. The amount you choose to pay to Google will depend on your marketing budget and what every click will cost you. If your cost per click for your product is high because of competition, you may need a higher Google Adwords budget in order to make sure enough people click on your ad and you can get a good ROI. Once you have set your budget within your Google account the cost may fluctuate a little and can be either a little under or a little over your set budget. This is because your daily budget may not be exactly dividable by your cost per click.
