How does the Small Business Digital Grant work?
The Queensland Government has allocated $6 million to the Small Business Digital Grants program which aims to strengthen small businesses and to help them meet the challenges of an increasingly digital economy.
The Small Business Digital Grants program can provide your business up to $10,000 in matched funding to access digital services to help your business make the most of online business opportunities. This includes specialised software and applications such as Augmented Reality, or creating a Digital Marketing strategy. The minimum grant funding amount is $1,000.
Am I Eligible?
You can receive a grant of dollar-to-dollar matched funding from $1,000 up to $10,000 if your business meets the following:
- have less than 20 employees
- have an Australian Business Number (ABN) and be registered for GST
- have Queensland headquarters
- have a turnover of $2 million or less in the last financial year
- not be insolvent or have owners/directors that are an undischarged bankrupt
